1. Is you medical director ASAM (American Society of Addiction Medicine) certified?
2. Is the psychological testing included in the price? Do you use the MMPI (the gold standard of psychological testing)?
3. Do you offer Lifetime Aftercare?
4. Are you a Dual-Diagnosis facility? Do the therapists that do individual sessions have master's degrees and are they licensed to treat mental health issues?
5. Do your group sessions have 12 or less individuals participating? (Research shows that group therapy is most effective when the group is kept to 8-12 individuals)
6. Do you provide at least 2 individual sessions per week?
7. Do you have any programs that address the physical aspect of the disease of addiction? Is there a supplementation program? Is there an exercise program? Is there a nutrition program where healthy and healing foods are served?
8. Do you offer ambulatory (non-hospitalized) detox? Is it included in the price?
